Steve Norris for Mayor

Last night, on Number 18 Doughty Street, Steve Norris more or less confirmed that he will again seek the Conservative nomination for London Mayor. As Newmania has dropped out, I will once again support Steve’s bid. I emailed a question to Steve. To my surprise, he spent almost a minute just lavishing praise on me! Thanks, Steve.

Steve did, though, express some serious misgivings about the EU. As he is not a loon (like most Euro-sceptics I know), I will carefully reconsider my support for closer political and economic ties with Union. If anyone’s going to convince me of the Better Off Out (BOO) case, Steve’s the man to do it. The man has the ability to turn water into wine!

Ah! from puppets to puppies to politics! Steve's honeyed words about you on 18DS were clearly worth his effort if they have swung your notoriously irascible self + your shock troops from N17 behind his mayoral bid!
Whither Newmania's campaign for the mayoralty? Now Steve is in the picture, is it safe for N to drop his 'Anyone But Boles' campaign? (Altho' I see that Mr Boles saved someone's life at a Tory event the other day thru the swift and epxert application of the Heimlich manoeuvre _ did that not win you over, N?)

I want Steve to get the job. He's great with the old dears, remember that event last year in Tottenham. He likes to flirt with all the old dears the ones with hip replacements. Nice chap, sincere and down to earth he's got my vote Justin.

I am going to have to watch this 18 DS . Arthurian legend is raving and tells me that he was Euro sceptic and all sorts which doesn`t sound very Justin to me .

I was never terribly serious obviously but I did think someone might have bothered to contact me which they have not.

Still it doesn`t matter. Nice to see Darker Side is she saying she was one of the old dears or not I`m confused?

Totally agree about Norris, as far as our potential candidates go he is a giant amongst a field of pygmies and our one and only genuine chance of getting that c*** Livingstone out.

Hope that means you'll give your 2nd vote to us (-:

Justin you know full well that I'm a Tory and will be giving my 1st pref vote to the Conservative candidate.

Really sorry, Matt Davis - thought you were Matt Davies, a local Lib Dem councillor (my mistake!). Did think he was brave to say he'd be voting Tory (-:

You're from Chingford and are an Area Officer, right?

From Walthamstow really but a Chingford Councillor etc etc as you say Justin.
